The City of Excelsior MN is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility, Building Permits, and Miscellaneous Receivables bills online.
For Utility Billing: You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (877) 799-1533.
This is a fee-based service. The City of Excelsior is no longer absorbing credit card fees associated with online or auto-pay payments in utility billing. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 3.50% with a minimum of $3.25.
Utility
Bills may be paid with no fee using ACH/EFT payments. If your utility bill is
currently on autopay with a credit card it should be changed to EFT/ACH to
avoid any fees. For payments by phone, there is an additional fee of $0.95.
You may also drop off or mail your
check at the City of Excelsior, 350 Highway 7, Suite 230,
Excelsior MN 55331. There is a drop box outside of the
building for after-hours payments.
